Center for Nano Science and Technology
The Center for Nano Science and Technology, a base for the promotion of academic frontier research, was recognized and inaugurated by the Ministry of Science and Technology in 2001. Nanotechnology/materials research is one of the four essential fields of research for Japan, which is aiming to become a country founded on the principles of scientific and technical innovation. Nanotechnology is the field viewed as most promising by advanced countries, and we look forward to research results from our Nanotechnology Research Center. |
